Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Lawyer to handle complex legal matters, provide expert legal advice, and represent our clients in various legal proceedings.


• The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in litigation, criminal cases, and debt recovery, with established connections with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Nigeria Police Force, and other government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation cases, including criminal matters and debt recovery.


• Provide expert legal advice to clients and stakeholders.


• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes.


• Foster and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, including EFCC and the Police.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless legal support.


• Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements

• LL.B and BL degrees from reputable institutions.


• Minimum 10 years of experience incriminal law, and debt recovery.


• Strong connections with EFCC, Police, DSS and other government agencies.


• Proven track record of success in complex legal cases.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
