Job Description

Monitoring and liaise with call center daily:

• Provide weekly report on key issues at enquiry


• Condition of work tools


• Challenges

IVF & You – managing all that involves setting up the program:

• Send text messages to clients


• Call the center to share presentations


• Work with Utility to test run the presentation for the program


• Send text messages to remind them of the program


• Record attendance


• Prepare column articles for Punch & Business Day

Prepare for forum with Nurses & /Embryologists:

• Liaise with the HODs to get the topic for the forum


• Agree dates with speakers


• Send letters out to hospitals


• Send text messages to registered nurses or embryologists


• Brief HOD on the topic so to write creative brief to give agency

HIFU Relationship:

• Doctors


• HMO


• Non-medical community

Involved in preparation for Facebook live program:

• Work with utility to prepare for the live program

Presentation to churches and other associations:

• Prepare required materials


• Take photo documentation of event


• Update the host


• Prepare attendance sheet and collect the attendance at the event

Agency Management and review meetings:

• Monitoring of agency outputs

Processing of doctors’ referrals:

• Correspond with the doctors


• Processing of referral payments

Baby Visitation:

• Snap full view pictures of the baby


•  Get approval/consent from parents


• get approval to put logo


• Share the information with agency

Genomix (NIFTY& UNITY):

• Sourcing for clients


• Managing and reporting the team -FMOs


• Processing requests


• Processing release of their results


• Collection of samples


• Sending of kit


• Manage the Genomix website

KPI:

• Weekly reports


• Number of attendees; successful projection of the program


• Preparation of articles within 72 hours of publication


• Number of attendances to forum based on relevance of the topic


• Impact on HIFU center i.e enquiries for HIFU


• Number of attendees at the Facebook live


• Number of enquiry /clients from a channel


• Doctors’ feedback on the process


• Number of baby visit per month.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with at least 3 years work experience.
