Roles & Responsibilities
- Streamline Financial Reporting: Develop a holistic dashboard from individual financial schedules. Provide source data for Management Accounts and QuickBooks entries.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all QuickBooks entries, Management Accounts, and Audited Financial Statements are traceable to verifiable source figures from schedules and bank statements.
- Offshore Payment Assistance: Provide support and documentation for offshore payments to clients
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment platforms, and investment partners.
- Financial Strategy Optimization: Design and implement strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Regulatory Reporting: Complete the accounts section of quarterly SEC filings.
- Shared Cost Coordination: Oversee shared costs, records, and invoices across group companies.
- Oversight: Ensure accuracy in the Accounts Associate’s work.
Qualifications, Skill Sets, and Values
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Must be a Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 7 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Expertise in IFRS and financial statement preparation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Accuracy and attention.
- Experience with SEC filings and accounts compliance is a strong advantage.
