Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.


• Provide information about products, promotions, and store services.


• Assist with product selection and guide customers to make informed purchasing decisions.


• Operate the cash register, process payments, and handle transactions accurately.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.


• Restock shelves, and organize products to ensure inventory is well-displayed.


• Assist in managing store opening and closing duties.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a courteous and efficient manner.


• Work as part of a team to meet store goals and contribute to a positive working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• A positive attitude and a strong passion for customer service.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.


• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.


• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
