Job Summary




  • Performance Marketing Associate (Growth) with a focus on growth.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across our various product offerings.

  • As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are optimized and aligned with our growth strategy.



RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Campaign Development and Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels, using data-driven insights and A/B testing to maximize ROAS ((Return on Ad Spend).

  • User Acquisition: Develop user acquisition strategies, collaborate on targeted landing pages, and explore new channels to expand the customer base.

  • Growth Strategy: Collaborate with growth and product teams, analyze user data, refine personas, optimize acquisition funnels, and scale retention programs.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, track metrics like CTR, CPA, and LTV, and use tools for data-driven insights and continuous reporting.

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work with creative, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of impactful ads, product launches, and customer feedback-driven marketing



Requirements




  • 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, ideally in the fintech or B2B SaaS space.

  • Strong understanding of paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retargeting strategies.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative and analytical skills.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience working cross-functionally.
