Job Summary

• The Partnership Associate will help drive the company’s strategic partnerships across industries.


• The role involves identifying and establishing partnerships that align with our cross-border infrastructure goals and managing relationships with external stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop partnerships with fintech companies, banks, and e-commerce platforms.


• Manage partner relationships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with strategic goals.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, product, and marketing, to execute partnership initiatives.


• Track partnership performance metrics and report on results.


• Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• 2-3 years of experience in partnership development or business development.


• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.


• Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
