Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Legal Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership. The ideal candidate will bring legal expertise, administrative acumen, and professionalism to manage tasks efficiently and ensure smooth daily operations.



Key Responsibilities:



Administrative Support




  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.

  • Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and legal documents.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.



Legal Support




  • Provide preliminary legal advice and insights on business operations as needed.

  • Review contracts, agreements, and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

  • Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies for legal matters.



Operational Assistance




  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for meetings and events.

  • Assist in project management and research activities, particularly involving legal or compliance considerations.

  • Support in drafting and implementing company policies and procedures.



Miscellaneous Tasks




  • Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.



Requirements:




  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable institution.

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or legal environment.



Skills:




  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Basic knowledge of legal compliance and contract review.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
