Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to join our team at Hazon Holdings.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and performing administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees

  • Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's services and policies

  • Provide support to other departments as needed.



Requirements




  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.



Nice to Have:




  • Experience in a similar industry or company

  • eCrtification in customer service or administration

  • Knowledge of CRM software.
