Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.


• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.


• Collaborate with department managers to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.


• Oversee inventory accounting for food, beverage, and retail operations, including tracking, reporting, and conducting physical audits.


• Optimize profitability through cost control measures, waste analysis, and improved efficiency.


• Serve as a key financial resource, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between accounting and operational teams.


• Provide training and support to staff on financial systems, inventory tools, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.


• Support the implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.


• Clear knowledge of cost accounting.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or retail industries.


• Strong skills in financial reporting, inventory management, and cost control.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.


• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a collaborative mindset.
