Job Purpose
- Attend to visitors and ensure cleanness of the reception.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Attending to visitors and customers inquirers
- Ensuring that all visitors are attended to on time.
- Making sure all mails are stamped and signed by me before going to managing director’s office.
- Retrieving mails from managing director’s office and taken to their various departments.
- Ensuring prompt and proper fueling of company vehicles
- Prepare staff punctuality charts and reports.
- Ensuring cleaners keep the reception area tidy and the environs clean
- Receiving calls and mails.
- Assisting in day to day supervision of cleaning the toilet, Managing Director and Executive Director Offices and it environ is kept tidy.
- Assisting in setting up boardroom when there is meeting.
- Any other job that may be assigned from time to time
