We are looking for a Client Service Officer to create and nurture long-term relationships with our clients. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.

Responsibilities
Develop relationships with a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction
Create plans to address clients’ business needs
Ensure services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Schedule regular meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied
Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms
Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. operations, sales, creative) to address customers’ needs
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of Proven experience as a Client Service Officer/Key Account Manager/Client Relationship Officer
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
