Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company is seeking a qualified Digital Marketing and Partnership Intern. This role requires an understanding of digital marketing technologies and analytics. You will be involved with implementing and optimising digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement to ensure delivery of our talent placement



SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.

  • Must have completed the NYSC program.

  • Resides in Abuja and is available to work in the office 3-4 times per week.

  • Demonstrates a strong interest in Digital Marketing functions and a willingness to learn.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Open to a paid internship opportunity with potential for growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively assess technical skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Office applications.



RESPONSIBILITIES:




  • Implement and manage various digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, lead generation, Email marketing tools and automation, and CRM systems.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

  • Develop and write engaging content for various platforms (e.g., website, social media, email newsletters) to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize platform performance.

  • Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Use data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance and ROI.

  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues.

  • Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags for search engines.

  • Monitor and improve website rankings and organic traffic.

  • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows.

  • Automate repetitive tasks using marketing automation tools to increase efficiency.
