Job Summary:
This role involves building and managing an engaged community, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring effective communication that aligns with the organization’s goals. Key responsibilities include content creation, brand management, event coordination, and media relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Management:
- Engage with and grow online/offline communities.
- Respond to inquiries and gather insights to improve strategies.
- Empower brand advocates and organize events.
- Communications:
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and press.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Build relationships with media and handle internal communications.
- Strategy & Reporting:
- Develop and implement communication strategies.
- Track and report on the success of campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in community or communication roles.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or analytics platforms.
