Responsibilities




  • Manage and maintain office operations, including schedules, supplies, and records.

  • Coordinate property inspections and ensure timely reporting on findings.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Maintain and organize real estate documentation, including contracts, leases, and property files.

  • Coordinate meetings, property viewings, and schedules for the real estate team.

  • Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.

  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.

  • Handle client enauities and ensure efficient communication between clients and staff.

  • Maintain and update property listings and databases.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Admin Officer in the real estate industry is compulsory.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate management software.

  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, documentation, and procedures.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
