We are looking for an Assistant Manager, HR, to support our HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance reviews and training programs.
- Ensure HR compliance and policy implementation.

Requirements:
