  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to define and refine the company's long-term strategic vision, goals, and objectives.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify industry trends, changes, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for differentiation and growth.

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies that encompass market penetration, diversification, innovation, and sustainable practices.

  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, technologies, and business models to enhance our product portfolio and create a competitive advantage.

  • Lead the innovation process, from ideation to product development, by fostering a culture of creativity, learning, continuous improvement and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

  • Work closely with Research & Development, technical teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative products that meet customer demands and align with industry standards.

  • Integrate sustainable practices into product development and business strategies, ensuring environmental responsibility and positive impact on local communities.

  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback on products to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute business development plans that target new customers and industries.

  • Champion initiatives that empower indigenous communities, promoting economic growth and preserve the Company’s cultural heritage.
