Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Personal Cook to prepare delicious and authentic Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes for our family.


• The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work independently in a private residence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts


• Plan and organize meals in advance, considering dietary restrictions and preferences


• Shop for ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality


• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation


• Work efficiently and effectively to meet meal deadlines and demands


• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment


• Collaborate with the family to understand their culinary preferences and dietary needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a cook in a private residence, restaurant, or hospitality industry


• Ability to prepare a variety of Lebanese, Indian, and Pakistani dishes


• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles


• Excellent cooking skills, including grilling, roasting, sautéing, and frying


• Ability to work independently in a private residence


• Strong attention to detail, quality, and presentation


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or a related field
