Job Description




  • We seek a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Personnel.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:




  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat)

  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.



Order Processing:




  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

  • Manage inventory levels and track order status

  • Resolve order-related issues and provide updates to customers.



Customer Relationship Management:




  • Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving

  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.



Qualifications and Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Ability to manage the social media space

  • Proficiency in relevant computer software (CRM systems, email, etc.)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
