Job Description

• Perform weekly inventory review for MDS locations and HPL warehouse to ascertain the position of unpicked stock.


• Assist in month end stock count with the team.


• Perform monthly stock reconciliation for MDS locations and HPL warehouse.


• Validation of customers incentive redemption in line with established scheme.


• Verification of float for retirement and reimbursement.


• Documentation of work papers in a clear, concise, neat, accurate and timely way.


• Perform audits in assigned areas according with audit programs.


• Prepare written audit findings and make suitable practical recommendation.


• Follow-Up on Management Action Plans and Audit Findings Remediation.


• Able to present Audit outcomes in a clear and concise.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B. Sc in Accounting


• 1- 2 years’ experience preferable in FMCG Industry or related field.
