The Team



  • You will join the Business development and strategy team to play a key role in developing and executing our Business Revenue.

  • You will be working very closely with our operations and projects team, products and client accounts teams in ensuring the successful development of ideas and strategies to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.


Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing:



  • Oversee all marketing campaigns for the brand, plan and execute brand marketing, and market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services and introduce new products.

  • Develop and implement strategies that will promote the brand (business, products, and services), generate leads, and ensure conversions.

  • Ensure the brand communicates the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.

  • Translate market feedback into product requirements, and collect market intelligence to help guide the overall direction of our commercial and revenue strategy

  • Support sales, product, and operations teams in evaluating our partnership commercials, and developing scalable approaches.

  • Manage the production process for all offline marketing materials, including but not limited to, technical specs, project timelines, team workflow, and operational budget.

  • Develop marketing, media, and other external partnerships to broaden the reach of the business and brand message.

  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the website, blog, and social media pages that will attract and convert our target groups.

  • Provide feedback and insight on the performance of program campaigns and relay them for further strategic development and solution formulation.

  • Keep the business and the brand marketing department informed on best practices and the latest trends in brand marketing that ensure that the business does not lag behind its competition and also in order to provide growth opportunities for the brand.

  • Ensure the products and services maintain a consistent tone that is relevant to the business’s brand and the consumers, solidifying the brand identity by ensuring consistent, on-time, and accurate development, delivery, and assets running for each brand marketing campaign.

  • Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified.

  • Promoting the brand at trade shows and significant industry-related events, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing sales support.


Requirements

What You Should Have:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline.

  • 5+ years in sectors that relate to events, hospitality, entertainment, or commerce, in a marketing, brand management, strategy, and commercial role.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing Marketing and Brand strategies

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Advanced level of data analysis and manipulation using MS Excel, SQL, and/or any other marketing and analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies

  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking and reporting on the results

  • Must be able to work under pressure and deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines.
