To help us reach this ambitious goal, we’re seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is client-focused, highly organized, and dedicated to delivering top-notch support and relationship management.



Role Overview



The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients and business partners, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. This role is critical in building trust, securing repeat business, and enhancing customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth.



You will handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure smooth communication between our clients and internal teams. Your ability to maintain strong client relationships will play a key role in achieving the company’s ambitious revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities



Client Communication:




  • Serve as the main point of contact for individual clients and corporate businesses via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person.

  • Proactively follow up on inquiries, service requests, and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to customer questions about services, pricing, turnaround time, and booking processes.



Customer Relationship Management:




  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and businesses to encourage repeat service and loyalty.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate repair services or maintenance packages.

  • Upsell additional services and maintenance plans to maximize revenue opportunities.



Problem Resolution:




  • Address customer complaints and service issues with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.

  • Collaborate with technicians and the sales team to resolve concerns efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.



Business Support:




  • Assist corporate and fleet clients by coordinating large-scale service bookings and ensuring timely project completion.

  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, service updates, and feedback using CRM tools.

  • Track recurring clients and identify opportunities for upselling maintenance contracts.



Customer Retention:




  • Implement follow-up strategies to ensure satisfied customers return for future services.

  • Gather client feedback, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve the customer experience.



Administrative Support:




  • Schedule and confirm appointments for repairs, servicing, and inspections.

  • Maintain accurate client data, invoices, and service logs to support the sales and operations teams.



Revenue Contribution:




  • Proactively work with the sales team to identify opportunities to drive additional revenue from existing customers.

  • Contribute to the company’s mission of achieving 100 million Naira in revenue by ensuring top-notch service and repeat business.



Qualifications




  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive, generator, or technical service industry.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to interact confidently with clients at all levels.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to address customer issues calmly and efficiently.

  • Sales Awareness: Ability to identify upsell opportunities and communicate the value of services to customers.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other client management tools.

  • Professionalism: Customer-first attitude with a proactive mindset and passion for service excellence.
