Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, secure new customers, and build long-lasting relationships with individuals, corporate clients, and businesses. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with a strong sales mindset, the ability to identify opportunities, and a relentless drive to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and generate revenue, ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue leads through cold calls, site visits, referrals, and networking.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate organizations, fleet operators, individuals, and generator owners.
- Follow up on leads, close deals, and upsell additional services.
- Ensure customer loyalty and repeat business by providing exceptional post-sale support.
Market Research and Outreach:
- Identify emerging opportunities, market gaps, and untapped customer segments to drive growth.
- Attend local trade fairs, corporate events, and industry functions to network and showcase Mechanic On The Go’s services.
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and analyze sales performance, provide regular reports to management, and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
- Utilize CRM tools to monitor client interactions, follow-ups, and deal pipelines.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional offers and campaigns that attract new customers.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure service quality aligns with client expectations.
Revenue Goal:
- Contribute directly to Mechanic On The Go’s ambitious target of achieving 100 million Naira in revenue by securing high-value deals, corporate contracts, and recurring business.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably in automotive, generator repairs, or B2B service industries.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into loyal clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-driven with a “hunter” sales mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software, lead management tools, and sales tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
