PLUMBING DESIGNS INCLUDE:

• Foul drainage above and below ground


• Domestic Hot & cold-water service


• Rainwater disposal


• Water Treatment plant


• Sewage treatment plant


• Diesel oil piping supply and distribution system


• Swimming pool and fountain system


• Irrigation system.

FIRE PROTECTION DESIGN WHICH INCLUDES:

• Sprinkle design


• Fire hydrant, Hose reel system


• Wet and dry riser system


• Gas suppression system


• Foam suppression system


• Deluge and preaction system


• VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION, WHICH INCLUDE: Includes ---- passenger lift (machine room and machine room type), Dumb water and cleaning cradle.


• Bill of quantities and specification for plumbing, fire protection and Vertical transportation system


• HVAC DESIGN

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.Eng. Mechanical engineering 


• 6years working Experience in MEP Engineering consulting firm


• Very good knowledge of REVIT/AUTOCAD MEP


• Coren registered.
