Key Responsibilities

• Source products and services for company units.


• Develop procurement solutions to meet specific requirements.


• Ensure stock levels meet standard minimum levels to avoid stockouts (OOS).


• Monitor inventory trends to identify excessive usage or waste.


• Provide detailed inventory and material usage reports.


• Evaluate and select suppliers to optimize procurement processes.


• Maintain strong relationships and proper correspondence with vendors.


• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and resolve vendor issues promptly.


• Verify proformas, quotations, and purchase orders.


• Track orders to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.


• Perform ROI analysis for critical items and manage budgets effectively.


• Maintain accurate documentation of procurement processes and transactions.


• Prepare reports on supplier status, inventory levels, and material movements.


• Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.


• Work closely with the Business Head, Finance Controller, and other departmental heads.


• Collaborate with internal teams for inventory and procurement alignment.

Key Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in procurement with proven experience in Inventory Management and vendor Relationship.


• Preferably from an Agro or FMCG Environment.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for conducting ROI analysis and monitoring trends.


• Knowledge of procurement solutions, vendor evaluation, and supplier selection processes.


• Familiarity with procurement documentation, payment monitoring, and compliance procedures.
