Work Mode: On-site, 6 days a week with one day off
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Feedback Handling: Record and escalate customer feedback and complaints for continuous improvement.
- Relationship Building: Foster trust and build long-term relationships with customers.
- Record Keeping: Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Patient, empathetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Response time to customer inquiries.
- First contact resolution rate.
- Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦105,000.00 per month
