  • The relationship manager's job is to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing financial advice and guidance



Responsibilities




  • Manage a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, governments, and financial institutions. You work to understand your client's financial goals and risk tolerance.

  • Advise clients on investments, financial products, and services. You also educate clients on market trends and potential opportunities.

  • Build trust with clients through effective communication and personalized service. You are the primary point of contact for their clients and become a trusted advisor.

  • Identify and acquire new clients. You may prepare presentations and pitches to prospective clients.

  • Ensure compliance with banking policies and protocols



Job Requirements




  • B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Relationship Manager in a commercial bank
