Requirements




  •  Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/BChD), Bachelor or Dentistry (BDent) degree

  •  0-2 years of industry/clinical experience

  •  Dental practising licence and registration in good standing

  •  Strong knowledge of dental techniques, procedures, and use of dental equipments.

  •  Good organizational and time management skills.

  •  Proficiency in computer applications and dental software and applications

  •  Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 

  •  Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Position Summary



This role shall provide comprehensive dental care to our patients. It will involve diagnosing, treating, and advising on various dental issues. Your primary objective will be to promote and maintain good oral health among our patients. This will involve not only treating existing dental conditions but also educating individuals about preventive dental care practices. By encouraging regular check-ups and emphasizing proper oral hygiene routines, you will contribute to the long-term well-being of our patients



Job Description




  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patients' oral health

  • Examine patient records, diagnose and communicate dental conditions and develop personalised treatment plans

  • Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, dental cleanings, crown placements and plaque removals.

  • Communicate treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care instructions clearly to patients.

  • Administer fluoride treatments and sealants as necessary.

  • Order and interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests to aid in accurate diagnoses.

  • Provide prompt and effective emergency dental care when required.

  • Address and alleviate patients' dental pain and discomfort.

  • Prescribe medications as needed

  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.

  •  

  • Collaborate with dental assistants, nurses, hygienists, and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and quality of care.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.

  • Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies.

  • Adhere to all ethical and professional standards in dentistry.

  • Address patient concerns and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and cleanliness of the laboratory facilities and workspaces.

  • Perform office management tasks that often require the use of a personal computer (scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, and billing)

  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and empathy in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights and privacy.

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development

  • Adhere strictly to CAREONE's ethical standards, medical protocols, SOPs, and regulations.
