PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To carry out protection of assets to ensure the prevention of all forms of loss within the company and its subsidiaries.
THE JOB
- Implement and enforce the company’s security policies to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of all security equipment to guarantee operational efficiency.
- Manage and enforce vehicular traffic control procedures within company premises to ensure order and safety.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of outsourced security personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents or breaches, documenting findings and implementing preventive measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with the company’s security protocols by all personnel and visitors.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have an Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay high attention to details.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
QUALIFICATION
- SSCE, OND.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
