Job Description
We are seeking proactive Customer Success Managers focused on client retention and account expansion. The ideal candidates will build strong client relationships, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Drive product adoption and value realization for clients.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client needs, feedback, and escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, and product) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor client health metrics and implement strategies to reduce churn.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving retention and account growth.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze client data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
