We are seeking energetic and persuasive Bike Sales Representatives (BSRs) to join our client’s team. The BSRs will be responsible for visiting retail stores daily to engage clients, identify those with low purchase volumes, and encourage them to buy more.
This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned stores daily to engage and encourage low-volume buyers to increase purchases.
Build and maintain positive relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
Promote products and educate clients about their features and benefits.
Track daily activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in field or bike sales.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Valid rider’s permit and proficiency in bike riding.
