Responsibilities
The job responsibilities for this position include:
	- Enter detailed student data into computer systems
	- Train staff at the registrar’s office to use software related to records administration
	- Manage, process and enter data from extensively detailed paperwork
	- Check in students and families for appointments
	- Performing clerical tasks, such as printing academic transcripts for students
	- Keeping student information confidential and secure
	- Participating in student service committees and initiatives
	- Coordinate registration processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
	- Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and parents regarding registration, academic policies, and other related matters.
	- Manage academic calendars and schedules, including course registration, exam schedules, and graduation dates.
	- Work with various departments to ensure the precise and timely reporting of student data.
	- Assist with the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
	- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices and trends in higher education.
	- Ensure overall good governance of the Polytechnic
	- Ensure good conducts by the Students and the lecturers
Requirements and Skills
	- Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in any relevant field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar position
	- Proven work experience as a Registrar or similar role
	- Excellent organizational skills to maintain academic records
	- Strong computer literacy with database familiarity
	- Good interpersonal and communication skills
	- Professional appearance to represent our organization
	- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Registrar
	- Candidates who reside in any area close to Berger, Ogba or Ikeja all in Lagos will have an advantage
