Main Accountabilities:
Contract Management.
Uploading of Contract on Spider Management System.
Scanning and archiving of contract on MS Team site.
Follow up from Contract Draft to final sign-off of contracts.
Maintain a Local Database of signed Contracts, Rate Cards, and soon-to-expire contracts are notified to the Procurement Manager and Demand Owner's Operation.
Tender Summary of RFI, RFP, and RFQ.
POSM and Premiums Sample alignment with S&CM prior/after sourcing.
Assist in Vendor and Demand Owner sensitization of Ariba.
Collaborate with demand owners from various functions. Vendor Management.
Maintain a local database of all vendors in the CUs and ensure that it is always up to date.
VMD Check and Clean up.
Skills & Requirements:
University or HND Holder, Ideally in Engineering, Statistic, Accounting, Economics or related.
Previous experience (internships, first job) in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Accounting will be positive.
Analytical skills, problem-solving, and a data mindset are required.
High Level of attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good working knowledge of Excel preferred.
