  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed

Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, data analysis, or a related field

  • Proven experience in providing excellent technical support and analyzing data to inform business decisions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Requires strong IT skills and experience with web platforms.He/She analyzes platform usage data to understand user behavior, identify

  • trends, and inform platform improvements.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills

  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, is a plus.
