Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.


• Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.


• Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.


• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and compliance with company policies.


• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.


• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.


• Proficiency in inventory management and retail software is an advantage.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
