What are your tasks?
- Manage accounts receivable and record customer invoices, incoming payments, credit notes and other relevant transactions.
- Regular review and reconciliation of outstanding claims.
- Proactive handling of open items, discrepancies and payment delays.
- Preparing evaluations of accounts receivable and other relevant financial reports.
- Close cooperation with the commercial departments and management for precise reporting of accounts receivable data.
- Participation in quarterly and annual closing work.

What do you bring with you?
- A completed degree with a focus on business administration.
- At least two years of professional experience as an accounts receivable accountant (m/f/d).
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, as well as in the use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP FI/CO)
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
- You are characterized by a precise and structured way of working as well as a strong understanding of numbers.
- In your collaboration, you demonstrate strong communication skills at all levels of the hierarchy and your own motivation for further training.
