Job Description:

We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and driven interns with experience in Human Resources to join our team remotely as part of the Sigma Internship Program. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.

• Manage HR documentation, records, and data entry.


• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies.


• Assist in researching and analyzing HR trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources (internships or professional work).


• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.


• Must own a laptop and have reliable internet access to work remotely.


• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setting.
