Job Summary
The Administrative Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the medical diagnostic center. The role requires effective leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage resources efficiently to support the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services.
Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 Monthly (Net)
Benefits: HMO
Employment Type: Full-Time - Onsite (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations of the center.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, processes, and policies to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for key personnel.
- Supervise and manage administrative staff, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
- Ensure the center is well-maintained and conducive for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, medical consumables, and equipment maintenance.
- Monitor and coordinate the use of facilities, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Monitor expenditures, control costs, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Liaise with the finance team to manage vendor contracts and payments.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery by administrative staff.
- Work closely with medical and technical teams to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on administrative operations and key performance indicators to management.
- Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
