Job Summary



The Administrative Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the medical diagnostic center. The role requires effective leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage resources efficiently to support the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services.



Salary: 250,000 - 300,000 Monthly (Net)



Benefits: HMO

Employment Type: Full-Time - Onsite (Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturdays)



Resumption: January 2nd, 2024



Key Responsibilities




  1. Manage and oversee all administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations of the center.

  2. Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, processes, and policies to enhance productivity.

  3. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for key personnel.

  4. Supervise and manage administrative staff, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.

  5. Ensure the center is well-maintained and conducive for patients, staff, and visitors.

  6. Oversee procurement of office supplies, medical consumables, and equipment maintenance.

  7. Monitor and coordinate the use of facilities, ensuring safety and functionality.

  8. Monitor expenditures, control costs, and ensure compliance with financial policies.

  9. Liaise with the finance team to manage vendor contracts and payments.

  10. Ensure excellent customer service delivery by administrative staff.

  11. Work closely with medical and technical teams to ensure patient satisfaction.

  12. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and industry standards.

  13. Prepare and submit reports on administrative operations and key performance indicators to management.

  14. Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and operations.



Qualifications and Experience




  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  2. At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or managerial role, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic setting.

  3. Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software tools.

  5. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  6. Strong leadership and people management abilities.

  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  8. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  9. Customer service orientation with attention to detail.
