Job Description
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at SavingsBox will drive the company's marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion. This role requires a strong leader with experience in fintech or financial services to oversee all marketing functions, from digital advertising to brand positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet growth targets.
- Lead the marketing team, coordinating efforts across digital, content, social media, and traditional channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure SavingsBox stays competitive and relevant.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Manage budgets, oversee marketing performance metrics, and ensure a high ROI on marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree would be an added advantage).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in fintech or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing.
