The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at SavingsBox will drive the company's marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion. This role requires a strong leader with experience in fintech or financial services to oversee all marketing functions, from digital advertising to brand positioning.



Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet growth targets.

  • Lead the marketing team, coordinating efforts across digital, content, social media, and traditional channels. 

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure SavingsBox stays competitive and relevant. 

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing strategies with company goals.

  • Manage budgets, oversee marketing performance metrics, and ensure a high ROI on marketing activities. 



Requirements: 




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree would be an added advantage). 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. 

  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in fintech or financial services.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
