• We're seeking an experienced CTO to develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement technology strategy and plans


• Lead IT operations, including network and system administration


• Ensure IT security and compliance


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs


• Develop and manage IT budgets and resource allocation plans


• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends

Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage IT staff, including recruitment, training, and retention


• Establish standards of performance and monitor conformance


• Ensure technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong technical skills in network and system administration


• Proficiency in IT security and compliance


• Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology


• At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles

Nice to Have:

• Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices


• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and IoT


• Certification in IT service management (ITIL) or project management (PMP)
