Job Description
As an Executive Recruiter you will report to the Group Head of Executive Search. The role combines sourcing strategy and hands on delivery of end to end executive search assignments.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver end-to-end external Executive Scouting and Hiring across functions for the top layers of our organization. This is the 1% of our company.
- Partner with Business Leaders across the Organization (e.g. General Managers) and People & Culture Regional and Business Unit Directors.
- Recommendation of sourcing strategy. E.g. direct vs. executive search partners.
- Stakeholder and Candidate management, ensuring a top-quality service and candidate experience.
- “One team” mentality and close collaboration with all areas of our Talent team, HR and Business leaders.
- Vendor management when required (Search, Research Firms).
- Delivery of other Strategic Talent Resourcing projects related to market and talent insights.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Proven track record of delivering Executive hires in local and international businesses. Experience in either an International Top Executive Search Firm or in a publicly traded Company, as an Executive Recruiter
- Very high level of written and spoken English is mandatory. Ability to communicate in an articulate and professional manner.
- FMCG industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Business acumen together with solid understanding of HR functions and practices.
- Project management skills. Proven ability to manage Executive Search/Senior Recruitment projects end-to-end.
- Experienced delivering superior stakeholder experience and top-quality service.
- Skilled in senior stakeholder management and influencing, used to working with Senior leaders
- Experienced and comfortable working remotely and in virtual teams.
- High level MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
