Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Analyst located in Lagos.
- The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting analytical assessments, communicating findings, and assisting with financial auditing tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert in executing AML/CFT/CPF Audit and ML/TF/PF Risk Assessment for the company’s clients
- Deliver AML/CFT/CPF consulting services to clients
- Assist in the development of compliance training programs
- Assist in the development of related compliance policies for the company and its clients
- Perform other related duties as may be required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management or related field
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme
- Minimum of 2 years experience in AML/CFT Compliance at a financial institution
- Membership of the Compliance Institute, Nigeria, is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Nigerian AML/CFT laws and regulations
- Business development expertise
- Resident in Lagos
