We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand strategy and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for elevating the brand's presence, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring cohesive marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and execute innovative campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and increase market share.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, develop and implement all marketing strategies, initiatives, and activities.
- Works with the marketing team to design, execute and appraise weekly marketing plans.
- Direct the effort of the marketing team to develop innovative, multi-layered plans, particularly in the digital space, in-line with the overseas business’ KPIs.
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for marketing activities, monitor progress and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate with overseas business leads to increase brand awareness through strong and consistent brand messages across all marketing channels (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Produce valuable and engaging content for social media, website and blog that attracts and converts preferred target market.
- Provide monthly performance marketing report of all digital marketing channels
- Manage launch campaigns and distribution channels for new products. Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
- Track campaign performance and report on ROI for all marketing investment.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, PR initiatives, influencers and other projects.
- Increase and improve web and mobile app adoption, activation and retention rate.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness in ways to promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends; analyzes consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Acts as the key media contact and representative for the business. Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all overseas publications and promotional material.
- Acts as a project manager for strategically organized overseas marketing campaigns and events (e.g. open days, press conferences).
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising for strategic brand positioning both internally & externally.
- Manage the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation for GIG Logistics overseas businesses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media channels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, CRM software, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
