Onboarding massive distribution networks across the Lagos region for Lontor sales business;
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate key accounts
Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
Oversee, develop new business and ensure profitability;
Negotiate and close agreements with large key customers;
Monitor and analyze performance, and suggest improvements;
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts;
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities;
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency;
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board;
Develop Strategic plans for company growth and improvement of sales to maximise profits and cost minimisation (developing and implementing effective sales strategies);
Developing and managing new areas for the business;
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client’s needs across Bauchi regions
