Experience and Key Competencies
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the Controls and Automation Industry.
- Hands-on experience with robotic systems such as ABB, FANUC, or KUKA.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or robotic-specific languages (e.g., RAPID, FANUC).
- Familiarity with systems such as PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
- Programming expertise with devices like PLCs and HMIs (Rockwell, Siemens, Omron).
- Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Omron).
- Knowledge of barcode scanners and printers (e.g., Zebra, Keyence, Cognex, Honeywell).
- Understanding and use of smart sensors (e.g., IO link devices, IFM, Balluff).
Key Knowledge Areas
- Strong foundation in Electrical Code and Electrical Circuits.
- Knowledge of custom machine building and processes, including welding, assembly, vision systems, lasers, etc.
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Robotic Integration skills.
- Precision in coding, calibration, and testing.
- Troubleshooting and optimization of control systems.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or Robotics & Automation (required).
- COREN Certification (mandatory).
- NSE Certification (required).

- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.
