Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take on the dual role of Business Development & Brand Strategist. This hybrid position combines the strategic growth initiatives of business development with the creative and analytical responsibilities of brand management.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market presence and customer loyalty.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, markets, and revenue streams.

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.

  •  Cnduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.



Brand Strategy:




  • Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to build awareness and equity in target markets.

  • Develop brand messaging, positioning, and identity that resonate with the target audience.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's mission and values.

  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to refine the brand strategy.

  • Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.



Integrated Responsibilities:




  • Align business development initiatives with the brand’s long-term positioning and objectives.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive strategies that drive both revenue and brand growth.

  • Lead the development of innovative solutions to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

  • Identify and develop growth opportunities that reinforce the brand’s identity and values.



Required Skills and Qualifications




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in business development, brand management, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and customer data.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Creativity and innovation in developing strategies and solving problems.

  • Proficiency in using CRM, marketing analytics, and project management tools.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable growth and impact.
