Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to take on the dual role of Business Development & Brand Strategist. This hybrid position combines the strategic growth initiatives of business development with the creative and analytical responsibilities of brand management.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market presence and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, markets, and revenue streams.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Cnduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align business development initiatives with organizational goals.
Brand Strategy:
- Define and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to build awareness and equity in target markets.
- Develop brand messaging, positioning, and identity that resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brand's mission and values.
- Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities to refine the brand strategy.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Integrated Responsibilities:
- Align business development initiatives with the brand’s long-term positioning and objectives.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive strategies that drive both revenue and brand growth.
- Lead the development of innovative solutions to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities that reinforce the brand’s identity and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, brand management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and customer data.
