Job Summary




  • We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives.

  • As BDM, you will identify opportunities, foster relationships with high-value clients, and drive revenue growth for our HR and compliance services.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

  • Identify business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.

  • Represent FAVE CONSULTING at industry events and client meetings.

  • Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

  • Collaborate with the HR and consulting teams to design customized solutions for clients.

  • Track business performance and provide periodic reports to management.



What We Expect from You




  • At least 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales.

  • Strong knowledge of HR and compliance services.

  • Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive attitude with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
