Responsibilities

Graphics Design Instructor:

• Train students on design principles and tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CorelDRAW).


• Teach branding, logo creation, and digital content design.


• Facilitate portfolio development.


• Ability to deliver well structured curriculum to learners of different age groups.


• Guide students on freelancing and employment opportunities.

Web Design Instructor:

• Teach students website design using coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and platforms like WordPress.


• Emphasize UI/UX principles and responsive design.


• Ability to deliver well structured curriculum to learners of different age groups.


• Provide practical sessions on hosting and maintenance.


• Mentor students on opportunities in freelancing and tech startups.

Work Operations:

• Web Design: Once a week ( Wednesdays between 9am and 12:30pm)


• Graphics Design: Once a week (Tuesdays between 9am & 2:30pm)

Requirements

• Minimum of Diploma or Degree in the relevant field.


• At least 4 years of training learners or industry experience.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Passion for teaching and mentoring young entrepreneurs.


• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.


• Must be meticulous and result-oriented.
