Job Summary

• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of building functions, manage all defaults and repair works.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance of client's building


• Schedule routine maintenance and emergency repairs


• Respond to all maintenance requests and correspondence


• Manage all company's facilities

Requirements

• 3+ years of core experience as a Facility Manager, or a related field.


• Minimum of HND or BSc in Building or Facility Manager or a related field.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.


• A professional certification is an added advantage


• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite
