  • The Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the organization, ensuring efficient workflows, resource optimization, and alignment with business goals.

  • This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and ensuring that the company’s IT sales and services are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company’s growth and sales objectives.

  • Collaborate with leadership to establish key performance metrics and goals for operational efficiency.

  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting operational success.

  • Analyze existing workflows and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Automate processes where applicable to streamline operations.

  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and company standards.

  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments.

  • Provide coaching and leadership to drive team performance and accountability.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure operational alignment with sales initiatives.

  • Oversee the timely and efficient delivery of IT products and services to clients.

  • Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics for IT products.

  • Track operational performance using data analytics and reporting tools.

  • Provide regular updates to management on operational efficiency and project status.

  • Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement operational changes.

Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5  - 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tech or IT sales industry.

  • Proven experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements.

  • Strong knowledge of operational frameworks and supply chain management.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in operations management tools, CRMs, and ERP systems.

  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and reporting.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with IT products, sales cycles, and service delivery models.

  • Experience with process automation or AI tools.

  • Certifications in operations management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.
