Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
5 - 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the tech or IT sales industry.
Proven experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements.
Strong knowledge of operational frameworks and supply chain management.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in operations management tools, CRMs, and ERP systems.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and reporting.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
