About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Experience Officer. This is a Saturday-only position, providing excellent customer service and support to our valued patrons. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-Store Customer Assistance:
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers visiting our physical store on Saturdays.
- Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and provide personalised recommendations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
- Store Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as tidying shelves, dusting, and ensuring the store is presentable for customers.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Availability to work Saturdays is mandatory.
